Today I had tacos à la Hannah, which means it’s traditional tacos, just a bit healthier. First of all I use whole grain wraps (or no wraps at all if you wanna be overly healthy). Then I usually pick some of the following for the salad : cucumber, tomato, baby spinach, corn, red onion, avocado, pineapple, lettuce or paprika. I always skip the cheese, although I usually have creme fresh and taco sauce with it. For the meat I always use ground beef. Enjoy!
Today I had a Greek salad for dinner. It’s easy to make, tasty and healthy, just the way I like it! You can also add olives since it really completes the Greek salad. I also used baby spinach instead of lettuce since it’s more nutritious.
Right now I’m gonna go to the gym to attend one of my favorite work out classes, Bodycombat. I haven’t done Bodycombat in 1,5 months so I’m extra excited for tonight! Time to kick some ass, or rather air.
