Good morning! This morning I had a healthy and easy breakfast that I eat almost every day. They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I completely agree. So what I eat is natural yogurt mixed with quark, add some pieces of apple and some non-sugary müsli and some honey on top if you want it to be sweeter. Here you got your protein, carbs and some vitamins. Add a cup of green tea and enjoy!
