Everybody knows that we need protein to build muscles, so after I worked out, I make sure I eat my protein. Drinking protein shakes and eating protein bars is great, but not everyone has that at home. So a tip for a good after workout snack is quark because it’s a good source of protein. I usually add fruits or berries with it so make it extra healthy and tasty, enjoy!
Here are two things I bought this week that I really like. The first is my lace shorts from H&M that I really love! I want a pair in white as well. The second is a sports top I got from Nike. It’s so comfortable and as many of Nike’s products it stays cool when it heats up, perfect when you work out!
A few weeks ago I bought this new foundation from Max Factor. It’s a 3 in 1 foundation which means it has primer, concealer and foundation in one. It also has SPF 20. Personally, I think this foundation is fine. It’s light, and blends well into my skin. Although, for being a concealer and foundation in one, it is now very good because it’s quite transparent. But I really like the SPF 20, perfect for sunny times! The foundation cost €15. I give it 3/5 points!
To avoid eating unhealthy in school, I try to bring my own food. It’s usually not that hard to prepare the day before and it definitely better than buying fast food! Tomorrow I’m bringing vegetarian burger with broccoli and a fruit salad. (Ignore the fact that I burned the burger, haha)
