Workout together

One of my best advice to make your workouts more fun is to work out together with someone. A friend, a family member, a boyfriend or attend group fitness classes. I have tried all of them and, at least for me, I feel it’s easier and more motivating to not go to the gym alone every time. The chances are also higher that you actually GO to the gym when you have someone you promised to go with or have a class you already signed up for. So find a fitness-buddy right now and get started!
